As you may recall the Competition Commission’s health market inquiry, which comprised of a five-year-long probe, extended the deadline for publishing its final report in February this year. The findings and recommendations of the Health Market Inquiry are in the final stages of review and analysis and the final report will be released at a media conference in Sandton, Johannesburg on 30 September 2019.
